Transport
Lift the keyboard in its actual case
Published keyboard weight excludes the case, stand, pedal board and cables. Stairs, vehicle openings and solo load-in can reverse a feature ranking.

- Choose protection from the real travel method.
- Cart
- Measure doors and stage access with the loaded cart.

Signal
Freeze every output and control connection
DI boxes, balanced or unbalanced lines, audio interface, MIDI, USB host behavior, expression pedals and footswitch polarity belong on one diagram.
- Power
- Use labeled, strain-relieved power distribution.
- Monitor
- Test front-of-house and personal monitoring separately.

Continuity
Keep the show recoverable
Backups need the correct firmware, libraries and pedal assignments. A spare keyboard helps only when it can cover the essential set quickly.

- Export the show after every material change.
- Fallback
- Prepare a minimal piano and organ program on backup hardware.
