Market guide
Test the daily grinder
Verify repetition, cleaning, electrical fit and serviceA grinder earns its counter space through hundreds of ordinary uses. Test the morning sequence, a busy drink run, a coffee change, cleanup and reassembly before relying on taste impressions alone.
01
Routine
Run the complete drink sequence
Dose, grind, transfer, distribute, purge and reset exactly as intended. Watch where grounds escape and which steps need two hands.
- Queue
- Make the largest normal back-to-back order and note heat, delay and dose change.
- Recovery
- Change coffee or grind range and return to the starting recipe.
02
Care
Open only what the manual permits
Cleaning access, burr removal, calibration and fasteners differ. Do not defeat an interlock, operate exposed moving parts or improvise electrical work.
- Manual
- Use the current instructions for unplugging, cleaning products, burr access and reassembly.
- Record
- Keep shims, factory position and installed-burr information with the grinder.
03
Support
Confirm voltage, warranty and parts
A visually identical import can use a different voltage and lack local certification or warranty support. Burrs, switches, boards and wear parts also have different supply paths.
- Electrical
- Buy the correct local-voltage model and leave damaged cords or internal repairs to qualified service.
- Parts
- Price the intended burr, accessories and normal wear parts with the grinder.
