Price the complete roasting workflow
Power, smoke, cooling, cleaning, service, QC and packaging around one exact machineA countertop roaster can require a dedicated circuit and serious smoke control. A ventless shop system can require filters, platform services and local approval. The ready-to-buy quote keeps every condition visible rather than using the machine price as the business price.

Freeze voltage and air requirements
Voltage, phase, amperage, plug, heat rejection, smoke and chaff handling are model and region specific. Commercial use can add local fire, building or food-business requirements.
- Provide
- Give professionals the exact ordered electrical and installation documents.
- Vent
- Design for the roast style and weekly hours, not a light demo batch.
Cycle
Time roast through ready-to-pack
Warmup, weighing, charging, cooling, chaff removal, QC, resting and packaging reveal real labor and throughput. Maximum batch multiplied by short roast time is not an operating forecast.
- Trial
- Run the expected charge and several consecutive cycles.
- Quality
- Reject output that misses the sensory standard even if it is fast.
Support
Treat parts and software as production infrastructure
Heating elements, fans, motors, bearings, probes, filters and control hardware wear. Cloud profiles and apps can be useful dependencies whose continuity and export path deserve scrutiny.
- Stock
- Identify the ordinary wear parts and lead times.
- Downtime
- Write a roasting or supply fallback for committed orders.
