Station
Draw the full operating envelope
Include table, control computer, sheet loading, vertical work, doors, dust hose, tool access and space to reach every service point.

- Plan crate or package movement and lifting.
- Noise
- Account for spindle, vacuum and cutting noise together.

Dust
Capture chips at the cutter and room
Fine wood and composite dust affects lungs, fire risk and motion parts. A shop vacuum can start learning but production airflow and separation may need more.
- Material
- Treat MDF, plastics and composites by their actual hazards.
- Bond
- Ground and bond equipment where the system requires it.

Commission
Buy enough tooling to prove the workflow
Collets, cutters, probes, clamps, spoilboard, surfacing, lubricants and measurement tools belong in the first test.
