Build the complete track-saw system
Treat support, extraction and safe control as part of the purchaseThe saw body is incomplete without the exact blade, straight rail, clamps or anti-tip method, stable support, power, extraction, PPE and service plan.

Control
Prevent movement and binding
Stabilize the work and rail, keep both hands on the saw where required, keep the body out of the projected path and do not reach under the workpiece.
- Kerf
- Support stock so the kerf cannot close on the blade or drop unpredictably at cut completion.
- Isolation
- Disconnect mains power or remove every battery before blade, guard, rail-base or splinter-strip work.

Dust
Design the complete extraction path
Match the port, hose, adapter, collector airflow and automatic-start method. A shrouded blade and dust bag do not establish exposure control.
- Material
- Wood species, composites, coatings and cutting method change dust and chemical hazards.
- PPE
- Select eye, hearing and respiratory controls from the actual exposure assessment.

Commission
Test and retain the setup
Check rail straightness, base play, splinter edge, blade, plunge return, riving or electronic-control procedure, depth and bevel on representative scrap.
- Storage
- Protect rails, blades, batteries and cords from bends, moisture, impact and unauthorized use.
- Boundary
- No system or feature guarantees accuracy, finish, kickback prevention, injury prevention or workplace compliance.
