Market guide
Build and maintain the complete air system
Resolve hose, moisture, service and safe placementThe compressor, hose, couplers, regulator, filtration, drain, power and operating site form one pressure system. Verify them together before production work.
01
Air path
Match every connection
Choose hose diameter and length, fittings, couplers, whip, regulator and tool inlet for the required flow and pressure.
- Loss
- Small or long hoses and restrictive couplers can erase rated performance at the tool.
- Restraint
- Inspect hoses and fittings and protect them from traffic, heat, cuts and whipping.
02
Moisture
Plan condensate and oil service
Drain the receiver safely at the prescribed interval and place treatment near the point where dryness matters.
- Corrosion
- A drain and corrosion-resistant label do not eliminate receiver inspection.
- Cold
- Condensate and regulators can freeze or behave differently in low temperatures.
03
Safety
Control pressure, electricity and combustion
Use relief devices, guards, grounded supply and outdoor engine operation exactly as documented.
- CO
- Never operate a gasoline compressor indoors, in a garage or near openings.
- Outcome
- Maintenance and correct setup reduce predictable failures but cannot guarantee duty, sound, reliability or job results.
