What changed
Older observations stay in the ledger when the current view changes. That lets a buyer tell the difference between an old complaint, an active issue, and a problem that was corrected.
ColorEdge CS2731 was checked against manufacturer identity, exact U.S. price, specification or manual, U.S. support, independent measurement or editorial and bounded exact-model owner evidence.
Each amount stays tied to its source and capture date. Conflicting prices remain visible until the seller resolves them.

Owner experience
Owner evidence is retained as a panel, calibration, firmware, signal, thermal, pixel and service checklist for ColorEdge CS2731, not an accuracy, matching, comfort, defect or reliability rate.
Reports are self-selected and span unlike panels, meters, corrections, firmware, operating systems, GPUs, I/O devices, profiles, rooms, brightness levels, mounting, power and service regions. They cannot establish population accuracy, HDR fidelity, matching, comfort, accessibility, uptime, panel life or reliability.Self-selected exact-model owners discuss uniformity, tint, blooming, OLED retention, firmware, wake behavior, USB or Thunderbolt links, calibration instruments, software compatibility, fans, pixels and service. These unlike units and workflows define acceptance checks, not defect, accuracy, matching, HDR, comfort or reliability rates.
Retain the EX4 bundle boundary and validate it against the studio reference before treating inclusion of a sensor as a matching result

EIZO identifies CS2731 as a 27-inch 2560 x 1440 Adobe RGB IPS display with 16-bit LUT, ColorNavigator calibration, USB-C and a legacy DVI path.
B&H lists the authorized CS2731 with an EX4 calibration sensor at $1,519. The retained price is the expressly named display-and-EX4 package; monitor-only stock, another sensor, optional hood and used units change the system
27-inch 2560 x 1440 60 Hz IPS LCD with wide-gamut LED backlight, 99% Adobe RGB claim, 10-bit digital path, 16-bit LUT, DUE and 1000:1 stated contrast. It is an edge-lit SDR system without local dimming. The bundle's EX4 instrument works with ColorNavigator 7 for monitor-LUT calibration. Record the exact sensor, correction, target and ICC profile; an included meter does not guarantee inter-display agreement or print matching. EIZO specifies 350 cd/m2 and no HDR EOTF or local-dimming mode for this branch. Use it for calibrated SDR work inside its measured black, white and ambient-light boundary. USB-C provides DisplayPort, USB and 60 W power; DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI-D, USB-B and downstream USB broaden legacy workstation use. There is no SDI or network video input.
ColorNavigator, EX4 driver, OS and ICC support, 10-bit output, firmware and application color management require validation. Typical draw is 34 W and maximum is 159 W with USB power delivery. This retained package includes EX4, stand and cables but not a hood. The older DVI path is limited to 8-bit display output, and VESA mounting changes stand ergonomics. EIZO provides current U.S. documentation and a five-year display warranty under terms; the bundled instrument has its own coverage. Confirm pixels, serials, service region and replacement turnaround. QHD at 27 inches offers larger native UI than 4K, with full height, tilt, swivel and pivot adjustment. Check glare, meter placement, cable routing, heat, electrical load and brightness or flicker sensitivity.
Independent instrument testing covers calibration, gamut, uniformity, power and print-oriented use. The sample, meter, correction, targets and room bound the result.
Self-selected exact-model owners discuss uniformity, tint, blooming, OLED retention, firmware, wake behavior, USB or Thunderbolt links, calibration instruments, software compatibility, fans, pixels and service. These unlike units and workflows define acceptance checks, not defect, accuracy, matching, HDR, comfort or reliability rates.
OSHA workstation guidance covers monitor placement, viewing distance, posture and glare. It does not certify a display as comfortable, accessible, electrically safe in every installation or suitable for a photosensitive person.

Manufacturer identity, exact current U.S. price, specification or manual, support path, independent measurement or professional editorial and bounded exact-model owner evidence were checked on August 20, 2026. This desk covers current U.S.-supported desktop displays with explicit color-management capability for professional photography, print, design, video editing and color grading. It includes materially distinct ColorEdge, PhotoVue or managed BenQ, ProArt reference and current Apple professional-display branches. It excludes ordinary office and gaming monitors, portable duplicates, cosmetic variants, retired or used-only models, medical or operating-room displays and marketplace-only unsupported stock. Preserve exact panel and backlight, size and resolution, coating, gamut and reference modes, LUT, calibration method and instrument, SDR and HDR brightness basis, local dimming or OLED behavior, clean signal and USB-C, Thunderbolt, SDI or network path, range and metadata, operating system, software and firmware, hood, stand and mount, power and thermal state, pixel policy, warranty, service region and ergonomics. Factory reports, manufacturer gamut, Delta E, contrast, peak brightness and HDR certification remain method- and mode-bound. Independent measurements cover one or few units and owner reports are self-selected. No display, meter, profile, LUT, reference mode, specification, price, review, calibration, warranty or service plan guarantees color accuracy, HDR fidelity, display matching, print matching, grade approval, accessibility, comfort, uptime, reliability or any creative, commercial, health or safety outcome. Use appropriate viewing distance and breaks, secure stands and mounts, stay within electrical and thermal limits, and assess individual sensitivity to flicker, PWM, bright flashes and high-contrast motion.
