Map the included and paid years
Record the included update term, renewal price, skipped-update policy, repair-data term, warranty tie and whether the scanner still works at its last version after expiration.

- AutoAuth, OEM and NASTF access can require separate accounts, credentials and fees.
- Programming
- OEM subscriptions, eligible files, a Windows PC, internet and battery support remain separate even when J2534 hardware is included.
Hardware
Add every required adapter and expansion
Price the VCI, cables, CAN FD or DoIP support, scope leads, battery tester, borescope, ADAS equipment, heavy-duty kit, EV kit, TPMS or key hardware only when the exact job requires it.
