Market guide
Plan the installed treadmill
Verify room, power, delivery, safety and service before paymentA treadmill is an installed machine, not a parcel. The exact manual, room geometry, electrical requirement, delivery method and service route must agree before it enters the home.
01
Room
Measure the operating envelope
Use assembled dimensions plus the manufacturer-required clearance, the tallest user, raised-deck height and screen movement. Folding does not erase the space needed during use.
- Ceiling
- Measure at the runner's head with the deck at its highest intended position.
- Floor
- Have floor or vibration concerns evaluated for the actual site rather than assuming suitability.
02
Power
Follow the exact electrical instructions
Circuit, outlet, grounding and cord requirements vary. Do not place a cord under the machine or improvise with an extension lead.
- Manual
- Give the exact model manual to a qualified electrician when new electrical work is needed.
- Recall
- Check the model and serial against current safety notices, especially older stock and used machines.
03
Delivery
Make service possible after installation
Weight, stairs, turns and assembly can require trained delivery. A machine that fits the room may still be impossible to move safely through the route.
- Path
- Measure doors, landings and turns against the delivered sections or crate.
- Support
- Name the local warranty provider and access it will need before the return window closes.
