Market guide

Compare listings, locks, fire and construction

Keep every claim attached to its test boundary

Steel gauge, bolt count, weight and insulation are inputs, not universal outcomes. Compare named third-party listings, construction and access service together.

01

Burglary

Read the exact listing

Distinguish RSC, higher RSC levels and TL ratings by tested model, face, lock, attack tools and net time.

Scope
A family claim should not be assigned to an unlisted size or different lock.
Installation
Anchoring and surrounding construction remain outside many container tests.
02

Fire

Compare one test basis

Record furnace curve, duration, internal-temperature criterion, impact or hose exposure and whether the claim is independent.

Contents
Media, documents, medicines and electronics have different temperature and humidity tolerances.
Water
A fire claim does not imply flood, hose-stream or waterproof performance.
03

Lock

Plan service and redundancy

Compare certified lock model, batteries, keys, relockers, time delay, override, change procedure and local service.

Electronic
Battery access and keypad replacement should not be assumed from a different lock.
Mechanical
Dial locks remove batteries but require user skill and service alignment.
