Distinguish RSC, higher RSC levels and TL ratings by tested model, face, lock, attack tools and net time.

- A family claim should not be assigned to an unlisted size or different lock.
- Installation
- Anchoring and surrounding construction remain outside many container tests.

Compare one test basis
Record furnace curve, duration, internal-temperature criterion, impact or hose exposure and whether the claim is independent.
- Contents
- Media, documents, medicines and electronics have different temperature and humidity tolerances.
- Water
- A fire claim does not imply flood, hose-stream or waterproof performance.

Plan service and redundancy
Compare certified lock model, batteries, keys, relockers, time delay, override, change procedure and local service.

- Battery access and keypad replacement should not be assumed from a different lock.
- Mechanical
- Dial locks remove batteries but require user skill and service alignment.
