- Height and feel create separate products

- Split systems need every component

Trial
Read the exit path before checkout
Record trial length, minimum nights, required protector or condition, pickup geography, refund timing, return or exchange fee, replacement limit and whether the clock starts at order or delivery.
- A long trial can still cost money
- Saatva publishes a return processing fee, while other sellers use different pickup or exchange rules. Compare the cost and labor of a rejected Queen, not nights alone.
- Dealer and direct terms can differ
- TEMPUR-Adapt bought from a local retailer can carry that seller's return rules. The manufacturer's direct policy does not automatically govern another invoice.
Warranty
Preserve the claim evidence
Read impression depth, measurement method, exclusions for softening or comfort preference, required support, stains, fire label, transport, inspection, repair or replacement and prorated terms.
