Before the shortlist

The first four answers do most of the work

A useful ranking starts only after the constraints specific to this market are clear.

  1. 01

What width, cutout, countertop, floor, door-swing, anti-tip and ventilation conditions must the range fit?

  2. 02

Which cookware diameters and materials must align with the exact zones, bridge areas and power-sharing rules?

  3. 03

Does the existing branch circuit, junction, breaker and conductor meet the nameplate and local code?

  4. 04

Which oven volume, racks, modes, probe, local controls, connected functions and local service are actually useful?

Market language

The terms a useful comparison should define

Bridge zone
Two induction elements that can be controlled together for compatible cookware; usable geometry and power sharing remain model-specific
Pan detection
The cooktop senses compatible magnetic cookware within a supported size and position; it is not a universal cookware or safety detector
Power sharing
Two or more zones may divide available power when used together, so individual boost ratings may not be simultaneous
Anti-tip device
The documented bracket or restraint that helps prevent the range from tipping when weight is placed on an open door
