Verify the exact model, cutout, fuel, pressure, connection, ignition, outdoor exhaust, carbon-monoxide safeguards and observed operationCommission the appliance with the qualified installer present. Document hidden cabinet and utility work
Verify the rating plate, fuel and conversion label, supported cutout, counter edge, clamps or platform, combustible clearances, regulator direction, shutoff, connector routing, grounded outlet and service access.

Commission
Test ignition, flame and outdoor exhaust
With the hood running, ignite each burner from cold, observe prompt crossover and the documented stable flame range, test low control, indicators and griddle where present, and follow the manual for authorized adjustment.
