Compare mechanisms, programs and controls

Translate 2D, 3D, 4D and dual mechanisms into a real-user trial

Roller and track labels are not standardized comfort rankings. Compare actual body coverage, pressure control, program choreography, calf and foot behavior, heat and control recovery for the people who will use the chair.

01

Back

Check mechanism reach and adjustment

Verify shoulder detection, neck and lumbar reach, glute coverage, roller width, depth, speed, spot control and whether a softening pad changes the useful range.

Labels
Do not assume that a 4D or longer track is universally more human-like or comfortable.
Dual
Confirm whether two mechanisms can be controlled independently and where their tracks overlap or stop.
02

Lower body

Test calves, feet and extension under load

Foot rollers, calf kneading, airbags, heat and automatic length adjustment can feel very different across shoe size, calf shape and sensitivity.

Pressure
Require an acceptable minimum as well as a useful maximum intensity.
Cleaning
Read removable liner, sock and upholstery care instructions before shared use.
03

Controls

Separate local, app, voice and promised functions

Keep every advertised feature attached to current firmware and documentation. An announced software update is not a working feature at purchase.

Profiles
Confirm whether preferences are saved per user and which settings a program can override.
Privacy
Review accounts, microphones, Bluetooth, app permissions and cloud dependence where connected features are used.
