The base station measures cup wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, absolute pressure and tipping-bucket rainfall with 24-hour aspirated shielding; leaf wetness, solar irradiance and soil arrays are optional, not included channels. The cellular model logs and uploads on a 15-minute cadence through its selected U.S. carrier and stores up to the published cache capacity; it cannot switch to Wi-Fi merely because a router is nearby. Cellular coverage, SIM service and AWN availability are distinct dependencies.
