The WaterFlywheel provides self-paced resistance with no adjustment setting. The S4 estimates time, distance, intensity, stroke rate and heart rate with optional receiver. WaterRower S4 distance and watts are not interchangeable with PM5 competition data. Standard dual rails, low seat and footboard require inseam, hip, knee, ankle and shoe checks. Optional HiRise and XL rails change fit and access but are not included. Approximately 83-to-86 inches long and 22 inches wide depending on current Original specification; stores upright on its end with water retained when assembly, floor and manual instructions are followed.
The wood frame ships for assembly and tank fill. Finish care, pump, purification tablets, floor level, lifting route and optional professional assembly matter to ownership.
