- Refrigerant
- Retain the exact refrigerant and flammability, ventilation, shipping and service instructions for the model.

Build and test the complete condensate route
Secure the hose, preserve slope or pump lift, protect the receptor and test bucket-full, restart, outage and overflow conditions.
- Alarm
- Add an independent water alert or containment where a silent hose or pump failure could damage the building.

- Address encapsulation, bulk water, drainage, access and ducting before relying on a purpose-built crawlspace unit.

Inspect the washable filter, intake, coil, bucket, pump reservoir and hose on the manual schedule and after visible contamination.

- Search the exact model and serial before use and retain proof of authorized purchase and warranty.
- Boundary
- Stop and use qualified electrical, refrigeration, foundation, flood or mold-remediation help when the source or hazard exceeds appliance maintenance.
