Compare seat, back, arms and recline
Test the controls as one systemSeat pressure, back contact, arm geometry and recline interact. Compare the exact size and options, then change one control at a time over the work the buyer actually performs.

Seat
Set height and depth first
Support the feet and thighs without pressure behind the knees, then confirm the user can reach the back and controls.
- Depth
- A published range does not prove the seat pan shape fits a particular leg length.
- Material
- Mesh, suspension and foam distribute pressure and heat differently for each user.

Upper body
Resolve back, lumbar and arms
Compare back contact through upright work and recline, then position arms without lifting the shoulders or spreading the elbows.
- Lumbar
- More pronounced lumbar is not universally more supportive.
- Headrest
- Confirm whether the exact chair includes, supports or excludes a headrest and whether it contacts the user in intended postures.

Movement
Test recline and forward work
Check tension, stops, seat motion and return across the useful range. Weight-activated and manually controlled systems solve different preferences.
- Control
- A simple automatic recline is not inherently less capable than a chair with many levers.
- Share
- For multiple users, repeat every fit step and verify settings can be restored reliably.
