Commission and maintain a cordless stick vacuum system
Check the exact package, charge and test the battery, fit every tool, establish cleaning routines and preserve return and service evidenceCommission the vacuum while the return window and packaging remain available. Match the model and every included head, tool, battery, charger and dock to the order, inspect for shipping damage, record serials, then charge and run representative floor, stair, pet-hair, bin and storage tests.
Receive
Verify the package before charging
Match Dyson V8, Shark IW3511, Levoit LVAC-200 or Tineco S11 suffix, battery, charger, floorhead, filters, dock or wall bracket and every promised attachment. Photograph serials and damaged seals before discarding packaging.
- Use only the exact charging system
- Follow the manual's temperature, ventilation and mounting rules and use the supplied or manufacturer-approved charger and pack. Stop after swelling, impact damage, liquid entry, unusual heat, odor or smoke.
- Plan a stable storage point
- Secure wall brackets to suitable structure and keep freestanding or auto-empty docks away from heat, wet floors, exits and children's access. Preserve space to remove the vacuum and service filters.
Test
Run the real route in each necessary mode
Begin with a full battery and clean filters, then record powered-head runtime, remaining charge, steering, noise, carpet resistance, pickup, pet-tool use, stairs and overhead reach. Do not infer the result from bare-handheld runtime.
- Test emptying and filter access
- Empty a representative fine-dust and hair load, inspect seals and note airborne dust. Fit and remove filters and rollers without forcing latches, then confirm every washed part can dry completely before reuse.
- Commission locally before optional apps
- Tineco status features can use an app, while the other retained branches operate locally. Prove core cleaning offline first, then document account, permissions, update and deletion choices if connecting.
Maintain
Create dated cleaning and replacement routines
Record bin and dock emptying, roller inspection, blockage checks, filter cleaning and drying, wet-head sanitation where applicable, battery inspection and the exact consumable SKUs. Follow observed load rather than waiting for loss of performance.
- Preserve evidence for service
- Keep the invoice, serial, package photos, runtime baseline, filter record and support conversations. Do not open battery packs or bypass thermal, charging, bin, head or motor protections.
- Recheck outcomes rather than promising them
- A passed commissioning run cannot guarantee future pickup, allergen reduction, loaded runtime, battery capacity, comfort or reliability. Re-test after filter, roller, pack, floor or firmware changes.
