Price the complete projection system
Projector, screen, mount, signal chain, control and calibration in one working designA projector body is one component in a room-scale system. Before ordering, the buyer should be able to name the lens location, screen, cable path, video sources, control method and who will verify the finished image.
Signal
Prove the full HDMI path
A receiver, switch, cable and display must all pass the intended resolution, frame rate, color and protection scheme. Long runs often need active copper or fiber selected for the installation.
- Test
- Run 4K120 and HDR through the complete chain before closing walls.
- Fallback
- Preserve a serviceable cable path or spare conduit.
Installation
Mount for alignment and service
Projector weight, lens position, vibration, heat and intake or exhaust clearance determine the mount and ceiling work. A lens memory is useful only if the geometry remains stable.
- Structure
- Use suitable blocking and hardware for the actual load.
- Access
- Leave firmware, filter and cable service possible.
Commission
Approve the actual image
Panel alignment, focus, shading, dust and sample variation should be checked on the installed unit. Calibration follows screen and room completion, not a showroom preset.

- Save firmware, hours, settings and baseline measurements.
- Return
- Finish evaluation while exchange and return options remain open.
