Do not assume the proposed location is ready
Indoor, garage and outdoor sites create different moisture, temperature, weather, access and maintenance questions. This guide does not determine code or structural suitability.
- Authority
- Ask the qualified installer and local authority what permits and inspections apply to the exact site.
- Structure
- Have floor, anchorage, enclosure and weather questions evaluated for the specific installation.

Electrical
Quote the exact heater and control package
Voltage, circuit, conductor, disconnect, control and sensor work must come from the current manufacturer documents and qualified electrical design.
- Electrician
- Give the electrician the final model numbers and manuals before accepting a bid.
- Boundary
- Do not translate another room's circuit or heater into a requirement for this one.

Handoff
Define delivery through first verified heat-up
Curbside freight is not room placement. Heavy panels, glass, heaters and stones need a protected route, correct assembly and documented commissioning.
- Accept
- Inspect damage, door operation, guards, controls, ventilation and manual-required clearances with the installer.
- Record
- Keep manuals, serials, photos, installer contacts, inspection records and maintenance instructions together.
