Market guide

Compare output, load sharing and software

Keep every smart feature attached to electrical and account conditions

Current and kilowatt headlines are only useful when the vehicle, circuit and temperature can use them. Load controls, utility programs and apps add another layer of eligibility and failure modes.

01

Output

Compare configured current

Record maximum hardware current, permitted circuit, configured limit, actual vehicle acceptance and any derating or temperature behavior.

Time
Estimate charging from energy needed and usable vehicle acceptance rather than maximum station power alone.
Cable
Compare cable length, stiffness, connector handling and replacement route in the actual climate and parking pattern.
02

Load

Resolve sharing and service limits

Distinguish native power sharing, external energy management, panel monitoring and utility control, then verify exact compatible generations and topology.

Approval
A load-management feature needs the documented installation and any required approval; an app toggle is not a load calculation.
Fallback
Confirm configured current and charging behavior if internet, cloud, account or utility control is unavailable.
03

Software

Audit app, account and privacy

Check network band, setup device, account ownership, household sharing, schedules, updates, data collection, export and transfer to a new owner.

Utility
Record rebate, rate-plan and demand-response eligibility plus enrollment and continued-connectivity conditions.
Boundary
Smart schedules and utility enrollment do not guarantee savings, charging completion, availability or a particular electric bill.
